It should take you no more than 20 minutes to fully read and absorb the eclass content. You may wish to listen to any audio for that week aswell for consolidation. However, you will need an extra 15 mins – 50 mins each week to complete the activity or assigned task. If you are serious about getting results, you will have to do more than just read the eclass. |
